Fundraising Sound Bath in aid of St Mary’s Spire Restoration
Friday May 22nd 2026
Let the gentle sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments float over you as you enjoy a relaxing sound bath in the beautiful surroundings and acoustics of St Lawrence’s ancient church. Gentle sound vibrations absorbed by the body help to restore a
feeling of well-being and calmness with the term ‘sound bath’ originating from the concept of these sounds washing over you.
Suitable for 16 years+ and those able to lie down or sit as preferred. Not suitable for those in 1 st trimester of pregnancy or living with sound-induced epilepsy. Offered by Fiona Lyburn - certified and trained in sound therapy by the Sound Healing Academy.
